Paranoid about the UltraSlim Patch offer

I did the Ulraslim offer for a site and am now very paranoid about this one. Immediately after I signed up, I get a call from the telemarketer trying to trick me into taking another 30 day offer of something else. I was able to say the right words in order to not be signed up, but now I am wary. It has a 14-day trial but I am concerned about if they will try to charge my card if I decide not to continue with their product. They seem very shady.

Have any of you had problems with them messing up your credit card and such?

Since I got that call, I am really paranoid about the whole offer... any words of wisdom?

Their service is really shady, www.helpmyorder.com (their site for all inquiries) hasnt responded to 2 of my emails

yeah, well that phone was actually disconnected today. So I don't have to worry about them calling me anymore.

But has anyone run into trouble with your credit card through them? I really don't wanna have to change my CC number just because of this.

I dunno I signed up for Ultra slim and Trim Spa both have me worried. I didnt get confirmation emails for either of them and I have received credit for trim spa. I havent received my stuff from either of them yet,and I cant find a website address for Ultra Slim. I'm not to worried about getting credit. I'm more worried that if I dont like either products or one of the products I wont be able to cancel because I can't find out how to do so I have searched the trimlife website with no results. Hopefully when the stuff gets here it will tell me how just in case!

I just called them up, took about 30 seconds to connect to an operator, they asked me for my zip, then my first name, then to verify my address. After that they said it's been cancelled, and they'd sent me an email.

Sounds damn ez, except I haven't gotten any email yet... after about 10 minutes. I'll keep u posted.

no I havent tried yet I want to give their product a chance

i do too, but i can't see the difference in 3 days that i have left b4 cancelling. if it really does help, i'll be more than glad to order more. 14 days isn't really enough considering that I just got it...

Just called back, apparently the email was getting stuck somewhere in the junk filters. Asked to send it to an alternate address, and just got it in 1 minute!

They also give u some free eBook when u leave them. Prolly junk P

Ok, just an update. I got my shipment of the patches yesterday. But when I looked at my credit card activity today, I noticed that they charged me the shipping charge 4 different times. That made me extrememly paranoid. I decided that I didn't want to take the chance with this company and called to cancel. I waited on hold about 10 minutes and got to a dude who could help me. He asked for the order number and cancelled the trial. The funny thing was is that he never verified my name or address or anything. So, I asked him if he could send me a confirmation e-mail as proof. I got the e-mail just fine so I suppose it is cancelled. I also told him about the extra shipping charge and he said that it was an error that they were aware of. He said I must have ordered on the 14th (which was in fact the day it shipped). He said the extra charges would be refunded.

I got another e-mail just now confirming that the charges would be refunded. The only odd thing is that it came from a hotmail address.

we will see how it goes to make sure I am refunded and not charged anything else...
