Actually when I did FreeVideoGames.com (gratis point site) back in like Nov 2003. I ended up having like $200 in gift cards I sold on eBay. They all used to give out $20 GCs

So far, I've done all 5 of the $1 offers (Traveler's Advantage, Great Fun, Buyers Advantage, Complete Home and NetMarket).

I've received the two $10 CC gift cards (from Buyer's Advantage - used them this morning to buy INCREDIBLES on DVD - only $14.99 on sale) and the two $10 Lowe's cards (haven't used them yet)

Still waiting for the two $10 CC gift cards from the Great Fun offer and the dig camera from doing NetMarket. Just signed up for Travelers Adv. last night, so it will be a week or so before I can request that freebie.

Personally, the only ones I cared about are the CC gift cards.
