Is there a site with a full detail information about offers
alot of offer says "FREE" but im not really sure about them they could have "Hidden fees" which i do not want to be a extra 30++ dollars for any site with detail or some information about offers that i am signing up will be great

Just make sure you read the terms and conditions of the offers before signing up. Most of the "free" offers will have a shipping/processing fee, but it is usually no more than 5 or 6 bucks.
