Question is which one should I do. I don't want to have to fill out a w9 form but want a cool gift, I also want it to be easier offers, or just a few offers with just 1 or 2 bad offers.
Any suggestions on which site I should do ?

I would recommend not doing the NuiTech Mac Mini site, 4 regular offers and 4 OOD (or credit cards, if you don't mind a lower credit score).
