If I am receiving a 1000 dollar visa cash card from a company, how exactly would i get the money off of the card. Is there a fee if i go to an atm and withdraw it all?
or can i go to an atm and withdraw it? and how much are the fees?

Nui-Tech- it'll cost you like 20 bucks to take 1K off
YFD- Idk, maybe paypal or a poker site you could deposit and withdraw, poker would be free, paypal would be whatever teh fee's are on 1K...

You should receive an information pamphlet with the card (similar to what you receive with a credit card) which will outline the terms & conditions and the fee schedule.
I received a $1k card from EFG in February, i'm pretty sure there is a $5 per ATM withdrawl fee. The schedule had 8-12 items listed with various dollar amounts, I can type it out as a response later today if someone doesn't beat me to it.

Go to Walmart and buy a $1000 Item.
Return it a couple of days later and they'll give you the cash.

i dont think that you can contribute the $1000 to a purchase that is more than the GC is worth but you could buy yourself a $1000 amazon giftcard and then use a regular CC to pay for the rest.

theres been tons of threads about this
i think a good one is over paying a bill, like a utility
then request the over paid amount in a check

THat is not true. On any POS, the clerk can enter $1000 on the CC, then the rest using a different payment method. Don't think most online stores allow it though.

i think what you are looking for is a debit card, which in order to get cash back you need to have a pin number if this is a gift card from a credit card company you cant get cash back since you don't have a pin number. anyway good luck

yeah paypal allows you to have two accounts but they cant have the same bank account so what you do is open a personal account and open a new bank account act like ur making a payment for 1000 dollars then withdrae it but they will ask for ssn i think if you get more than 600 dollars a month in your account but that should work and theres no fees ) good luck
