MediaShapers.net?

Has anyone here tried any of the Media Shapers.net sites? I have recently gotten more emails from them. There sites are sort of generic looking and the offers you do are embedded in the survey part. I'm not exactly sure how you check your account or if they are legit. Please share if you have tried these sites.

umm lol finsihed the survey of doom and it took me too google?

The offers are embedded in the survey. There is no "offer page" after the survey.
