Corticet not crediting

I did the corticet offer, but nver got a confirmation email. I emailed AND called requesting a copy of the confirmation but never heard back. The trail sample turned up in my mailbox today, with no reciept. What should I do?

We need a confirmation e-mail for manual credit. The offer has not been crediting and will go down.
