It doesn't feel like it's lagging at all, it just feels like it stops when it comes to some places, almost like a non optical mouse feels when the ball is dirty. any suggestions on how to make it feel smoother?

Take the batteries out and put them back in and then restart your computer. It's bluetooth, right? Sometimes my mouse does that and I just reset everything and it goes back to normal.
