At present, we're approving in about a week. I'd like it to be faster and starting in April, it should be. But for now it's about a week (and it does say 5-10 [i791976aed7]business[/i791976aed7] days on the site which is 1-2 weeks)
And for moving up, I believe there's a undercover group of "secret shoppers" that are going to grade my site. I don't know who they are, obviously ;) But I submitted for grading, so we'll see.
I think pspparty should be one of the graders ;)
