But seriously, right out of Shanghai with an expected delivery date of October 20. Also, it lists my status change as 10/3 at 100 am. Was I wrong in thinking that statuses don't change on weekends? I was just casually checking before I went to bed, totally not expecting this.

It's strange, i really think they're working overtime now...shipments are now happening on weekends, as well as site updates

I haven't changed to "Shipped" status yet '( (on the freeipods.com status page, i don't think.).

I'm an 8/10, and I still haven't shipped. I hope switching to the hp didn't mess me up. Did you switch?

Yeah, I switched pretty late actually... I didn't know I had the option for a few days after it came out.

I switched on 9/9, and from what i gather, the option was first available on the 6th, so I wasn't that far off, and yet I'm still waiting.
I don't want to email them, because I feel like they wouldn't send it just because I emailed them, if that makes sense.

bleh i changed mine on 9/7, i think they totally hate me cause i sent them an email saying, hey im moving, is there a way to forward the package/ change the address.. and they were like
NOO IPOD FOR YOU NOW! (
.. well somthing along the lines of that... basiclly they said, hey you made the order on the old address, live with it. I talked to ups, they were like call the day you are supposed to get the package , we will forward it.. o...
