That would be considered a walkthrough and is against FiPG's ToS. However, look at the image, and check what the subject of the paypal is.

The payouts are monthly, so you wouldnt get it that quickly anyways.
The deal is, you get 30(instant)+2 bulls for Earthlink, or 70(instant)+no bulls for Earthlink. Your choice.
Of course, if you take the 30+2 bulls, you spend 10 on earthlink, and have 20 free left. Then, you can easily get 2 more bulls with the 20 dollars, and get 100 dollars the next month.
I just went with the 70 now, though. It's a really great deal, when most sites offer 20-45 for it.
