After a couple days of paranoia (thinking the giftcard was misplaced by my mail carrier or stolen wink ), my giftcard is here after 12 days of fulfillment. It cost about $25 to complete the six offers but it was well worth it.
EDIT I believe the site is now eight offers and I no longer have the link because the NuiTech thread in DIY Sites forum is gone.
