at christmas I sold my used 1.5 PSP for [bb8121c9f88]$330[/colorb8121c9f88][/bb8121c9f88] shipped (w/ 2 sucky used games).
I advertised it w/ v1.5 and that it could play roms. I loaded a few emulators on the 32meg stick and sent it out. The guy was so freakin happy too!! 8)

The hardware is the same. It's the firmware that's installed that's different. Basically, you can upgrade your firmware but you can't downgrade (2.01 and up). Many people would prefer the older firmwares installed since they are able to play homebrew and downloaded games.

Yeah. You can play homebrew on all of them. But on firmwares under 2.00, you can play pirated retail games.
