I hope you were being sarcastic. Although we don't know the entire story, and really cannot judge what's going to happen, chances are they wouldn't just steal someones money, or else they would go out of bussiness. Anyway, I'm sure if they go out of bussiness because of the court, they'd mandate them to pay all dues before doing so.
