it depends on what kind of a notebook you want, the notebooks on there are only ok. if your pc just sucks then get money for powerbook, otherwise the notebooks are fine on there if you already have a nice pc.

yes its REALLY nice ...i had read some reviews and have found them to be either written by morons, or outdated.
heres some things i didint expect the lappy to have because of the reviews but found it did have
1) nice sturdy construction
2) all good pixels
3) powersave mode when screen shut
4) nice feeling keyboard
5) good touch screen
6) good signal wireless
...plus the things so damn thin and sleek
the wireless signal was kinda poor but i live way outa the city in morgantown WV...i didint expect any signals but i got like 4 but were all low quality.

There's a fair chance of there being a jack for an external antenna in there somewhere. (Maybe in the Mini-PCI slot, if it has one)

So is that the Pavilion P4 2.8GHz Notebook? I didn't realize how good of a deal that is. They are refurbished, but they are worth around $1,800. Refurbished isn't so bad as long as the performance isn't defected. I wouldn't mind a scratch on the outside.

I know I did, 3 disqualified referrals so it brought me down to 15 then I built my way back up to 17 and got my 18th green today D Hoping it goes smoothly now.

I never heard of anybody finishing notebooks4free without any referrals getting dqed. I had 3 dqed the first time. Got 5 more, had 2 more dqed and got 3 more and they all went through the third time.
