My order was denied and I am red on paypal.wish4free. It says I need one credit but I already had one credit. What's going on? I know your site was down, did something happen?
I'm confused and concerned.

It was denied for this reason like it states on our TOS

Like I just posted in my support ticket, I'm new to this and thought since I gave them bank info I was verified but I guess not. I assume this is fixable?
